If you would like to receive your correspondence in our offices in Miami, Florida, USA, you can request a mailbox number, when we receive your correspondence we will place it in your mailbox and will forward your correspondence to you once a month.
As of Febrero 15, 2014, we will only keep the correspondence of clients registered with a correspondence mailbox. Other mail will be kept in common mailbox the contents of which will be discarded every 3 months.
The cost of the correspondence service is $20.00 which includes a maximum of 5 pounds of mail per month. This includes the service to receive, classify, and send your mail to your address in Caracas, Venezuela once a month.
