Air cargo is the option for shipments that need to arrive soon. Door-to-door air shipments leave our Miami warehouse every Friday with an estimated delivery time to Caracas of 3 to 4 business days. Cost is based on the greater of the actual weight and the volumetric weight of your boxes.

Ocean cargo to Venezuela

For bulky or heavy shipments, ocean cargo to Venezuela is the most convenient option. Door-to-door ocean shipments leave Miami every Friday, with an estimated transit time of 2 to 4 weeks, depending on traffic at the Port of Miami and the customs situation in Venezuela. We offer:

Your Miami mailbox and 7% savings on Amazon

Our Miami address works as your mailbox (casillero): shop online as if you were in the United States, the store delivers to our warehouse and we get your purchase to Venezuela. When you use our delivery address for your Amazon purchases, you save 7% in taxes.

Pickup in the United States

If you cannot get your goods to our warehouse, we pick them up anywhere in the United States, including the Miami area. Pickup has an additional cost that is not included in the shipping rate and depends on the city. Ask for it when you request your quote.

Nationalized shipments and customs

We handle nationalization and consolidation of cargo (N.V.O.C.C.) and prepare the required export documentation. Our customers benefit from our experience handling cargo through customs and our relationships with customs agents in several countries.

How to ship a box to Venezuela with Next Day Cargo

  1. Register the recipient. Before your goods reach our warehouse, register the person who will receive them in Venezuela for free on our Customer Registration page.
  2. Send your purchase to our Miami warehouse. When you buy online (for example on Amazon) or ship with UPS, FedEx or USPS, use the Next Day Cargo address with the name of the person receiving in Venezuela, not to the attention of Next Day Cargo staff: 8805 NW 35th Lane, Miami, FL 33172. We can also pick up your shipment anywhere in the USA, for an additional cost that is not included in the rate.
  3. Get the notification. When your package reaches our warehouse, our system emails you automatically. Send us a copy of your invoice or purchase receipt.
  4. Get your quote and choose air or ocean. Your goods must be in our warehouse at least one day before the plane or ship departs.
  5. Pay for your shipment. Shipments are prepaid. We accept credit cards, debit cards, deposits and bank transfers, and you can pay online.
  6. Track your cargo. Follow your shipment from our Miami warehouse to its destination with our package tracking.

When you receive packages on different dates or from different vendors, each one is entered with its own tracking number and ships separately, unless you ask us to repack them together. That lets us track every package from start to finish.

What you can ship to Venezuela

By ocean you can ship vehicles, dry food, medicine, appliances, white goods, furniture, toys, spare parts and other products.

For household moves, shipping and storage must be paid within the first 10 days after the move arrives at our Miami warehouse.

Deliveries in Caracas and the rest of Venezuela

We deliver door to door in the Caracas Metropolitan Area, to the address you give us. If your shipment is going to the interior of the country, we will contact you to hand it to a domestic carrier or to a person with an address in Caracas. Delivery from Caracas to the interior has an additional cost, paid to the carrier. We do not offer pickup of goods at our offices.

Yes. You can pay in dollars, in bolívares, or a combination of both. The bolívar exchange rate changes daily, so if you do not pay on the day of your quote, contact us to update the rate.
