- Shop and ship to our Miami warehouse: 8805 NW 35th Lane, Miami, FL 33172, in the name of the person receiving in Costa Rica.
- We let you know when it arrives. When we receive your package, our system sends you an automatic email.
- Send your invoice and pay. Send us a copy of the invoice or purchase receipt, get your quote and prepay your shipment by credit or debit card, deposit or transfer, also through online payments.
- Track your package from Miami to San José with our package tracking.

Repackaging: don’t pay for big boxes
Many Amazon and eBay purchases arrive in boxes much bigger than needed, or double-boxed. With your prior authorization and for an extra fee, we repack all your products into a single cardboard box. That reduces the cargo volume and saves you money on shipping. For fragile or valuable items we offer repacking in wooden crates.
If you’re expecting several packages, tell us to hold them so they ship together. You get 2 weeks of free storage in our Miami warehouse.

When to choose air
With two departures a week, air is the practical way to bring your online purchases, spare parts, electronics, clothing and household items. You pay the greater of the actual weight in pounds and the volumetric weight, which is length × width × height in inches divided by 139. That’s why good packing can make a real difference in what you pay.
When to choose ocean
For bulky or heavy shipments, like furniture, appliances or large purchases, ocean is usually the most economical option, because it’s charged by volume: length × width × height in inches ÷ 1728 gives cubic feet. It leaves every Friday and takes 2 to 4 weeks.
A simple rule
If it’s light and you need it soon, choose air. If it takes up a lot of space and can wait a few weeks, compare with ocean. If in doubt, send us the measurements and weight and we’ll quote both.
Delivery in San José and the rest of Costa Rica
We deliver door to door in San José, at the address you give us. If your shipment goes to another province, we arrange delivery with a local courier; that leg has an extra cost paid to that company. We don’t offer pickup at our offices.
Insurance
We offer insurance for goods shipped from Miami to Costa Rica. Its terms depend on whether the shipment is door to door or not. Ask us when you request your quote.
Cutoff
Your goods must be in our warehouse at least one day before departure. To leave on a Friday, your purchase must reach Miami by Thursday.
